Delicious Homemade Nutella
You can make the favorite spread with a little effort.
100 g of hazelnuts
100 g of milk chocolate
200 g of dark chocolate for cooking with 70% cocoa
150 g of powdered sugar
1.5 dl of whole milk
1 dl of sunflower oil
1 vanilla sugar
Place the hazelnuts on greaseproof paper in a baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes. Make sure that the hazelnuts are roasted evenly so that they do not burn so that they are not bitter.
Once they are done let them cool. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. It should be turned into a creamy mixture.
Add powdered sugar to the blender, and blend together so that you get a uniform mass. Finely chop the milk and dark chocolate and put it in a blender. Blend, then add vanilla sugar, milk, and oil and turn on the blender again.
After this, put the mixture in a pan and cook on steam, stirring constantly. It is best to use a wooden spoon. Stir until you get the desired density.
Leave the finished spread to cool and pour into glass jars. When it cools completely, put the lid on.
