Delicious Biscuits For Fasting Days
Biscuits without milk and eggs can be served with honey, jam, sprinkled with powdered sugar and scented with vanilla or decorated with fruit!
Ingredients
500 g of flour
150 g of sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 liter of soy milk
100 ml of acidic water
oil or margarine for lubrication
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add oil, soy milk and mineral water and mix everything to even out the mass.
Pour the dough into a greased bread pan and bake in the usual way.
Sweet Advice
You can use rice milk instead of soy, and the recipe is nice if you mix half white and half whole meal flour
