Make a dessert in 15 minutes! You won’t be able to stop eating them! Chocolate chip cookies are brittle and crunchy on the outside, and soft and juicy on the inside. They are very easy to make and very tasty.
3 egg whites
65 gk as a powder
½ Coffee teaspoons of cinnamon
¼ teaspoons of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150g of chocolate drops
360 g of powdered sugar
Mix dry ingredients : powdered sugar, cocoa , salt and cinnamon.
Add egg whites and vanilla extract, then mix with a whisk until you get a smooth mixture.
Don’t hit, just stir!
Add the chocolate drops. Stir.
Place on baking paper per teaspoon of dough, at a distance of 2-3 cm.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
The biscuits crumble while hot, so leave them to cool completely before serving.
