Creamy Apple Tart

Ingredients
140 g of butter
200 grams of flour
50 g of oatmeal
150 g of sugar
50 g of brown sugar
9 eggs
250 ml of milk
250 ml of sweet cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3 apples
Directions
- Pour flour and cold butter into a deep bowl and mix with your hands. Add oatmeal, brown sugar, 50 g of white sugar, and 1 beaten egg. Combine everything with your hands until you get a smooth dough. On a floured surface, roll out the dough about 1 cm thick, then slowly transfer it to the mold using a rolling pin. Cut off the excess dough and prick with a fork. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Heat the sweet cream in a saucepan and add milk and vanilla extract to it, then mix everything together. Beat 8 egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, then add to the sweet cream and combine again. Pour the obtained liquid mass over the crust. Return everything to the oven and bake at 120 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and arrange them on the baked pie. Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees. When it’s done and cooled, cut into slices and enjoy.
