Creamy and Refreshing Yogurt CakeCourse: Cake
- For the base:
100 g of ground biscuits
60 g of melted butter
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ a teaspoon of cinnamon
- For fil:
500 ml of yogurt
150 g of powdered sugar
15 g vanilla sugar
grated rind of 1 lemon
15 g gelatin
300 ml sweet sour cream
For decoration – fruit, 100 g of chocolate …
Add sugar, cinnamon and melted butter to the ground biscuit and mix everything well. Press the biscuit mixture into a 20 cm diameter cake tin and place in the fridge.
Soak the gelatin in cold water and leave it to swell (follow the instructions on the package). In a bowl with yogurt, add powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and grated lemon zest and mix everything briefly.
Heat the prepared gelatin over low heat to melt, then add a little yogurt, stir quickly and add to the bowl with the remaining yogurt, stirring constantly. Add the whipped cream, stir and place in the fridge.
Decorate the cooled cake with grated chocolate and / or fruit.
