Coffee Ice Cream with Wafer

400 ml whipping cream
1 can of light condensed milk
4 tablespoons instant coffee
1 cup of milk
Half a packet of crushed chocolate waffer
Directions

Start by dissolving the coffee in the milk. -
Then, whip the cream until it is bulky. Without stopping to beat, add the condensed milk, the coffee dissolved in the milk and the cookies, and mix well. -
Place in the freezer until solid.
