Coffee Ice Cream with WaferCourse: Frozen
400 ml whipping cream
1 can of light condensed milk
4 tablespoons instant coffee
1 cup of milk
Half a packet of crushed chocolate waffer
Start by dissolving the coffee in the milk.
Then, whip the cream until it is bulky. Without stopping to beat, add the condensed milk, the coffee dissolved in the milk and the cookies, and mix well.
Place in the freezer until solid.
