Coconut ice lollies
Prepare a supply of refreshing ice cream that removes all nervousness!
Ingredients
400 g of coconut milk
100 g of sugar
250 ml of sweet cream
½ teaspoon of coconut extract
50 g of coconut chips
Directions
- Mix the coconut milk, cream and sugar and heat gently and stir so that the sugar melts. Remove from heat and wait half an hour for it to cool.
- Mix in the cooled coconut chips and extract.
- Pour the mixture into 10 ice cream molds and put it in the freezer for half an hour. Then take them out, insert wooden sticks and put them back in the freezer for at least eight hours.

- If desired, dip them in chocolate before serving. Enjoy!
