With shades of lemon, orange, and red fruit jam, each slice will be delicious!
230 g of sugar
90 g of flour
4 eggs m
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 orange (scrapes)
Red fruit compote
- Turn on the oven at 180ºC. Beat the eggs with 150 g of sugar, until the dough is fluffy and whitish. Add the juice and zest of the citrus fruit and mix. Add the flour and baking powder, beating constantly.
- Pour the dough into a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, unmold on a cloth dusted with the remaining sugar, wrap and let cool.
- Then, roll out the pie, spread it with red fruit compote, and roll again. Chill until serving.
