Chocolate Roulade with Dulce De LecheCourse: Cakes
- Pasta ingredients
8 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
4 and 1/2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- Stuffing ingredient
2 cans of cooked condensed milk
- Topping ingredients
500 g of dark chocolate
2 cups of fresh cream (or fresh cream / whipping cream)
- Dough preparation method
Beat the egg whites in the mixer at high speed, until they are very firm.
Collect the egg yolks and continue to beat.
Reduce the speed of the mixer and gradually add the chocolate mixed with the flour, in spoonfuls, one by one.
After placing the last spoon, turn off the mixer and continue to stir in the same direction until the dough is homogeneous.
Grease with butter and sprinkle with flour a 2 cm high rectangular baking sheet.
Pour the batter and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

In a double boiler, let the cream boil and add the chopped chocolate little by little, stirring constantly, until a homogeneous syrup remains. Remove from heat and reserve in the refrigerator.
With the dough already cooled, spread the cooked condensed milk using a spatula.
Roll the dough like a roll. Cover it with half of the chocolate sauce. When serving, slice the roll and serve each slice garnished with a little more chocolate sauce.
