Chocolate mousse in the microwave
Prepare divine microwave dessert when you don’t want to use the oven or stove.
1 tablet of chopped chocolate (170 g)
1 package of sour cream or cream for cooking
3 egg whites
- In a bowl that can go to the microwave, place the chocolate and cream (or cream) and bring to the microwave at full power. Every 30 seconds, stir a little and return to the microwave until completely melted.
- Remove and let cool until room temperature.
- Meanwhile, beat the egg whites until stiff and mix with the melted chocolate making circular movements from the bottom up.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
