Chocolate fondant is truly a unique dessert. After cutting, a delicious, chocolate mass is released from it.
50 g soft butter,
100 g dark chocolate,
4 tablespoons sugar,
pinch of salt,
a spoon of flour.
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Preheat oven and pan to 200 degrees.
Melt the butter in a steamer. Add the chopped chocolate and mix. Beat the eggs, add sugar and salt and mix until it becomes a smooth mixture. Add flour, stir. Add the melted chocolate and mix again until all the ingredients are combined. Pour the mass into 4 molds and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 8 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let stand for 2 minutes. Remove to a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Pleasant!
