1/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
120 g flour
60 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
60 g chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk
- Pear filling:
100 g of almond flour
80 g of powdered sugar
10 g of ground walnuts
1 tablespoon water
Cut the bottom of the pears, then dig them out.
Mix the filling ingredients in a bowl, then fill the pears.
Arrange them in a cake pan. In another bowl, mix the eggs and sugar and whisk.
Then add water and oil and stir well again. Add flour, cocoa and nuts. Stir again until the mixture is combined.
Then add milk and stir. Pour the resulting mixture over the pears and bake at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
Remove the mold, pour over melted chocolate or powdered sugar and decorate with whole nuts.
