Chocolate Brownies from Beans and Beets

Ingredients
250 g of boiled white beans
2 bananas
100 g of beets
50 g oatmeal
50 g of quality cocoa or high percentage chocolate
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
fruits and nuts for decoration
Directions
Put peeled bananas and boiled beans in a high-speed mixer, in which you make a smooth dense dough.
Grate raw beets into the resulting dough, add oatmeal, cocoa, coconut oil, and baking powder. Pour the resulting dough into the prepared mold and place it in a preheated oven.
Bake at 180 ° C for approximately 35 – 40 minutes.
