Chocolate Bread is a Perfect Choice for Breakfast

Ingredients
110 g of softened butter
100 g of sugar
50 g of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 large eggs
120 g of sour cream
60 ml of milk
160 g of flour
50 g of cocoa
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of soda
½ teaspoon of salt
100 g of chopped chocolate
Directions
- Heat the oven to 175 degrees. Coat an oblong bread pan with butter or line it with baking paper.
- Mix butter with sugar and vanilla extract into a smooth mixture. Add eggs, cream and milk and mix briefly.
- In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients – flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Combine both mixtures and stir with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- At the end, add the pieces of chocolate and mix carefully.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 55 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Wait for it to cool down a bit before removing the bread from the mold and allow it to cool completely before cutting.
