Chia Pudding with Greek Yogurt for Breakfast
Course: PuddingsA delicious and light combination of Greek yogurt, chia seeds and almond milk is ideal for breakfast or as a dessert.
Ingredients
120 ml of Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds 120 ml of almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A pinch of cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Just mix the ingredients and test the sweetness. Replace honey with maple syrup or a sweetener like a stevia if desired. Cover the glass with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours.
