Chia Pudding With Fruit Puree
Two tablespoons of chia seeds
one cup of milk (cow’s or vegetable)
a teaspoon of sugar
agave syrup or other sweetener
- Ingredients for puree
two handfuls of strawberries. You can also use any other fresh fruit.
Pour chia seeds with milk and mix with sugar.
Cut some fruit into pieces and make a puree.
Put the chia seeds in the fridge to stand overnight.
Mix the mango, strawberries and kiwi separately, and finally, before serving, put the puree on top of the pudding.
