Cherry Raw SyrupCourse: DnB
Forget about unhealthy juices from the store. Prepare raw syrup without the addition of sugar, preservatives and aromas.
- For 300 ml of syrup you will need:
150 g dried cherries
200 ml of water
First, halve the cherries and stone them. Place the pitted cherries in a food dryer and dry for about 5 – 6 hours. Put the dried cherries in a blender and add water. Mix until smooth. Store in the refrigerator for a maximum of 5 days.
If you prefer sweeter syrups, add a little date syrup or another natural sweetener. When serving, use approximately 3 teaspoons of syrup per 100 ml of water.
