Blueberry Cake With CreamCourse: Cakes
fruit cheesecake without baking
200 g biscuits
80 g butter
spoon of powdered sugar
teaspoon blueberry flavor
250 g of blueberries
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
200 g cream cheese
300 ml whipped cream
Whisk the butter with the powdered sugar, then mix in the blueberry aroma.
Grind the biscuits and add to the butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the mold and cool.
Mix the blueberries in a blender, add powdered sugar and whipped cream cheese.
Whip the whipping cream well. Slowly stir the part into the blueberry filling with a wire.
Fill the mold with the filling and keep in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving.
Garnish with remaining whipped cream.
