At the beginning of preparation, you must first make a compote.
- Ingredients for compote:
200 grams of plain sugar
juice of one lemon
two teaspoons of cinnamon
- Ingredients for mousse:
three yolks from larger eggs
2.3 decilitres of milk
60 grams of powdered sugar
230 grams of sweet sour cream
- Compote preparations:
Peel an apple, grate it and then heat it in a pan with sugar and lemon juice over medium heat.
Stir until you get a paste.
Finally, add the cinnamon and leave to cool.
- Preparation for mousse:
Leave the gelatin to rise in half a cup of cold water .
Make a cream by mixing egg yolks, milk, and sugar on medium heat. Stir in the cream until cooked through.
Then cool it, add gelatin, and mix again.
