Balls of Nuts and Dried Fruit

250 gr margarine for cakes
200 g of powdered sugar
20 g chocolate
200 g ground biscuits
50 g of ground walnuts
50 g of ground hazelnuts
50 g of finely chopped dried dates
50 g of sliced raisins
10 g sesame seeds
a few raw sunflower seeds – optional – depending on taste
300 ml of orange juice
You will feel the mixture under your fingers, if it is gooey, add ground biscuits, if it is firm and dry, add orange juice.
Directions

Whisk the margarine and powdered sugar until foamy, then add the chocolate previously melted on steam -
Add biscuits and other ingredients -
Combine into a compact mass -
Shape the balls by hand and arrange them on baking paper -
Keep in a cool place
