Avocado, Banana and Cocoa CreamCourse: Cream
In a few short minutes you can prepare a treat, which you just have to cool down well. When you take a look at the ingredients, it will be clear to you that this healthy cream can also serve as a breakfast for big gourmets.
2 ripe avocados
25 g cocoa
60 ml of coconut milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
Peel the avocado and a banana and cut them into smaller pieces.
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the mixture is smooth. If you want your dessert to be less thick, add a little more milk while mixing.
Transfer to glass jars and refrigerate well. Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving.
