An Excellent Frozen Dessert of Blueberries from a Blender
You don’t need an ice cream maker to prepare this creamy dessert…
150 g blueberry
Juice and zest of half a lemon
25 g of sugar
350 ml of sweet cream
150 ml of condensed milk
- Blend the blueberries and transfer them to the pan. Add the zest of half a lemon, sugar and cook on medium heat. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Wait for it to cool a little, then transfer it to a plastic container and put it in the refrigerator.
- Mix the cream in a large bowl. Add the condensed milk and mix gently, then add the cooled blueberry mixture.
- Move to the freezer for at least five hours.
