A Refreshing Lemon TartCourse: Pies
200 g biscuits
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons coconut oil or 3 tablespoons butter
150 ml of lemon yogurt
400 ml of sweet sour cream
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Put the biscuit in a blender and chop it well.
Add melted butter or coconut oil and brown sugar and blend briefly until the ingredients are combined.
Take the resulting mixture out of the blender and put it all together in a mold. Put in the fridge.
Meanwhile, add sugar to the sweet-sour cream and mix everything together into a creamy mixture.
Add lemon juice and zest, then combine everything with lemon yogurt. You should get a thick cream.
Add sugar or other spices as desired.
Take the base out of the fridge and add the cream.
Put in the freezer for an hour to set well.
After removing from the refrigerator, sprinkle the pie with frozen berries and powdered sugar.
