A Refreshing Lemon Tart

200 g biscuits
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons coconut oil or 3 tablespoons butter
150 ml of lemon yogurt
400 ml of sweet sour cream
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Forest fruits, mint
Powdered sugar
Directions
Put the biscuit in a blender and chop it well.-
Add melted butter or coconut oil and brown sugar and blend briefly until the ingredients are combined. -
Take the resulting mixture out of the blender and put it all together in a mold. Put in the fridge. -
Meanwhile, add sugar to the sweet-sour cream and mix everything together into a creamy mixture. -
Add lemon juice and zest, then combine everything with lemon yogurt. You should get a thick cream. -
Add sugar or other spices as desired. -
Take the base out of the fridge and add the cream. -
Put in the freezer for an hour to set well. -
After removing from the refrigerator, sprinkle the pie with frozen berries and powdered sugar.
