- Mix flour, sugar, butter, ground almonds, egg and a little salt and knead the dough. Wrap it in foil and refrigerate for 60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough on the work surface with flour to be 4-5 mm thick, then take out 60 notched circles with a mold (maybe some other shape). Take out the small star pattern in half
