mascarpone cheese – 150 g
sweet-sour cream 36% – 150 g
powdered sugar – 40 g
cinnamon – 2 tbsp
vanilla – ½ sticks
walnuts – 50 g
cups or jars – 2 pieces
- Put the walnuts in a dry pan, bake them for a while, and then crush them. Chop the patisserie or ready-made cake crusts and mix in a bowl with the walnuts.
- Add the mascarpone cheese to the sweet-sour cream and whisk again to combine the ingredients.
- Mix powdered sugar with cinnamon and finely chopped vanilla pods. Finally, add the whipped cream with the mascarpone cheese.
