sugar 200 g
flour 300 g
yogurt 2.8% mm 180 g
baking soda 1 tsp
oil half a cup
- For syrup:
sugar 10 tbsp
milk 2.8% mm2 dl
margarin 100 g
cocoa 3 tbsp
- Whisk the dough mixture well until it is smooth and even.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes, then let the dough rest for about five minutes.
- Cook the syrup by boiling all the ingredients until they become a uniform mass.
- Cut the cake into cubes and pour the syrup over it. Allow the cake to absorb the syrup well, then serve.
