2 ingredients filled praline
Course: CandiesPralines are queens among tiny cakes! With a silicone mold and simple ingredients, you too will be able to make chocolate candies for any occasion!
Ingredients
400 g chocolate (milk or dark, to taste)
50 g of sweet-sour cream
Directions
Melt 300 g of steamed chocolate. Pour a little into the silicone candy molds and leave to cool and harden. If you work with dark chocolate and you don’t have much experience with melting chocolate, you can add a little butter, everything will go easier.
In another bowl, melt 100 g of chocolate and leave to cool a bit, then add the whipped cream and stir. Pour a little filling into the molds and when it cools, pour over the rest of the pure chocolate.
You can enrich the praline filling with a little toasted, ground hazelnuts, as well as the aroma of your choice. You can add a little finely chopped candied orange peel, a little coconut flour, or raisins to the filling.
The basic recipe is perfect for playing with flavors and textures. Sprinkle the pralines with white chocolate that you previously melted and poured into a plastic syringe or give them a matte, rustic look by sprinkling them with cocoa powder … the choice of variations is unlimited!
